Kristin Coleman

Executive Director, Head of Employee Engagement, Advancing Hispanics & Latinos, JPMorgan Chase & Co.

Kristin Coleman is a DEI Director, Head of Employee Engagement for Advancing Hispanics and Latinos at JPMorgan Chase, responsible for the employee careers and skills strategy/development programming to support increasing representation for Hispanics/Latinos globally, at all levels of the firm and especially executive pipeline. She manages strategic external partnerships with Hispanic/Latino serving professional and talent organizations and delivery to employees, managing key partnerships with JPMC’s ERG/BRG network Adelante and the firm’s Hispanic Executive/Leadership Forums across the globe to operationalize the strategy.

In her prior role, she led the DEI strategy for 130,000 employees across the consumer and community banking lines of business globally, helping the firm transform to create intentional inclusion in all people practices and drive business outcomes. She has managed global initiatives and talent programs that are designed to increase representation across all diverse segments and promote a culture of inclusion and belonging, also focusing on community engagement through skilled volunteerism, board service and objectives that align with the firmwide global DEI strategic framework supporting employees, clients, customers and communities within and outside the firm to grow and thrive.

Kristin has 20 yrs tenure with JPMorgan Chase, joining while attending Arizona State University where she was a member of Gamma Alpha Omega Sorority Inc, a Latina founded Greek organization, Maroon & Gold Scholar, Hispanic Business Alumni Scholar and Cesar E. Chavez Leadership Institute Alumni. She has spent most of her career in HR and Talent Acquisition, leading national teams across several lines of business before joining the DEI organization in 2020.

Kristin is a member of JPMC’s Market Leadership Team and Executive DEI Lead for the Arizona market, responsible for coordination of the cross-business localization efforts of the firm’s $30B racial equity commitment, one of several focus cities across the country.

Kristin is an Arizona native and resides in Tempe, Arizona with her husband James, and three children - Isabella, Gracie and Jackson.
