Jeanet Ladino-Otero is a Vice President in HR Workforce Planning, Planning and Analytics. Jeanet is the former Chair of the Latin American Professionals Group (LAPG), is the current Global Chair of the Professional Women’s Network and is member of the Alumni Council for Cambridge College Alumni Association

Jeanet is responsible for the process assessment, risk identification and identifying areas of improvement for the Workforce Planning and Insight team in Human Resources.

  Jeanet also continuously work with LAPG to create, promote and provide programs and initiatives for the members of employee network, under her tenure LAPG obtained the Top 25 Diversity Impact Award and Top Employee Resource Group of the Year 2021 for the Latina 50 Style.

  Jeanet started with State Street in 2008, during her 13 year tenure, Jeanet has held various roles at State Street. Prior to her current position in Human Resources, she worked at State Street Global Markets at the Optimization team and also served in State Street Global Advisors as Information Security Officer.

  Jeanet has recently became an entrepenaur , she is the founder of “We-Diverse”, a career coaching organization that accelerates talent transitioning to the workforce and help achieve career goals. Focused in Diversity Empowerment and development of Diversity Talent.

  Before moving to United States in 1992 Jeanet graduated from College in Colombia where she is from and obtained her Masters Degree in Management, Information Security and e-Commerce from Cambridge College, Boston in 2003.

  Jeanet also is a Five Start pacesetter for the Jimmy Fund Foundation, every year she participates raises funds and walks the same route as the Boston Marathon. She also, supports a foundation in Colombia with the Civic Police, where she collects gentle used toys and send them to Bogota to be distributed among kids in need the Saturday before Christmas.

  Jeanet is the Stepmom of four boys, Mom of three dogs and lives with her husband Vic in a suburb near Boston.
